  • 3 tbspMirin
  • 4 tbspSoy sauce
  • 600 mlDashi stock
  • 1 dashSalt

    Add the mirin into a pot and turn on the heat to high.

  2. 2

    When it starts to boil, add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil again, and you're done.
