I experimented with many different flavoring ingredients, and arrived at this taste. It became my staple dish.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 350 gramsCooked white rice
  2. 50 gramsplus Pork (optional)
  3. 1Kimchi (use as is)
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1Wiener sausage, ham, bacon, etc
  6. Flavoring ingredients:
  7. 1heaping teaspoon each Chicken stock granules, mayonnaise
  8. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  9. 1 tspeach Sesame oil, soy sauce
  10. 1Green onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork for a few minutes. Add the wiener sausage, and egg, then continue stir-frying. Add the kimchi, and mix well.

    Add the rice, and stir-fry until the white rice turns the color of kimchi.

    Add the powdered seasoning ingredients first, then mayonnaise, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well, sprinkle with green onions, and done.
