Freeze-Dried Tofu & Soy Milk Rusks

I'm breastfeeding but I really wanted to eat something sweet, so I came up with this recipe.
If you'd prefer a sweeter flavour, increase the amount of brown sugar syrup. It's nice with kinako too. Recipe by sernard

Steps

Mix the soy milk and brown sugar syrup together.

Soak the freeze-dried tofu in the mixture from Step 1. Leave it until the liquid has soaked through to the centre.

Take the tofu out of the mixture and thoroughly squeeze out any remaining liquid. Cut the tofu into 2-3 mm thin slices.

Bake the slices in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.
