Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgtomatoes
  • 1/4 kgPotatoes
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 4eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 tbspoon Oil
  • 1 tbspoon Red chilli powder
  • Pinchfood colour
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

  1. 1

    Take washed tomatoes n blend them

    Cut potatoes in cubes

    Take oil in pot n add poatoes 1st then peas with spices

    Just stir for 2 minta n add blended tomatoes n cook for 15 to 20 mints with adding of half cup water

    Remove Cover n add eggs n stir slightly n cover it on low flame

    After 5 mints remove lid n add Coriander leaves for taste

    Serve with chapati or nan
