Steps

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes, adjusting the size depending on how large they are (mine happened to be small).

In a pot of salted water, boil the sweet potatoes for about 15 minutes. Check with a fork to see if they're tender.

Drain and mash the sweet potatoes using an immersion blender, adding all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- 4
Serve with pork chops or enjoy on its own!
