Ingredients

  • 300 gPotato and sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonMirin(sweet Seasoning Sake)
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  • Sesame

Steps

  1. 1

    Ingredients any potato is ok

    Peel and shred the potatoes and stay it in water for 3 minutes

    Drain the potatoes

    Heat the pan and fry potatoes with sesame oil.

    Fry till the potatoes clear. And add Dashi powder, sugar and Mirin.

    Fry 2-3 minutes

    Garnish with sesame
