Ingredients

makes 4 cups
  • 1 (10 oz)package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2(6 0z) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cmayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 (8 oz)cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tlemon juice
  • 1 cgrated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cfine dry breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain spinach, press between layers of paper towels. Drain and chop artichoke hearts.

  2. 2

    Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and next 4 ingredients, stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Bake at 375 for 25 mins, serve with crackers or breadsticks
