Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8egg
  2. 2medium Onion finely chopped
  3. 2Tomato chopped
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. 1 tspGinger- garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder-
  7. 1 TSPcoriander powder
  8. 1 TSPpav bhaji masala (optional)
  9. as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onion, tomatoes, green chillies. Heat oil in pan add onion, chillies and fry until cook.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add tamotoes,fry till it turn soft.
    Add all spices. Fry for few minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add egg in masala.

    Now scramble lightly. Add salt as per taste. When egg cooked turned off the flame. Serve hot with paratha or bread as well.
