6-7Curry leaves
5 gmsGinger grated

1 cupsooji

Roast sooji in slow. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

Cut all veggies. Sorte all veggies in slow, after frying curry leaves sooji mustard seeds. VAdd about 400 ml water. Add about 50 ml ghee. Stir gently. Serve hot with chutney. Enjoy
