My friend invited me over for a house party, so I tried to think of some kind of appetizer that I could bring over to have with our drinks. I had some marinated artichokes, so I came up with this.

Place any leftover dip into a heatproof dish, top with a bit of pizza cheese, and bake in an oven. This baked version is particularly delicious with tortilla chips. Recipe by Guutara recipe kenkyujo

Ingredients

  • 4 stickImitation crab sticks
  • 150 gramsMarinated artichokes
  • 100 grams★Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp★Sour cream
  • 3 tbsp★Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp★Garlic powder
  • 1 dash★Black pepper
  • 2 clove★Grated garlic
  • 1 dashFinely chopped parsley
  • 1Baguette
  • 1Tortilla chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the crab sticks in half and shred them into fine pieces.

    Roughly chop the artichokes.

    Prepare 100 g of cream cheese.

    Put the crab sticks and artichokes in a bowl with the ★ ingredients.

    Mix together thoroughly.

    Spoon the mixed dip onto the baguettes and garnish with parsley.

    Lightly bake in an oven at about 200℃ until slightly golden.
