Ingredients

  1. 10bread slices
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1onion
  4. 1boiled potato
  5. 1/2capsicum
  6. 1/2 cupboiled sweet corn
  7. 1small tomato
  8. 1/2cucumber
  9. As RequiredGreen chutany
  10. 2-3cheese cubes
  11. 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  12. As RequiredJaljeera
  13. As per tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 cupsev

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all the veggies very finely.

    Take a large mixing bowl and add all the veggies one by one.

  3. 3

    Grate cheese and add grated cheese to vegetables. Add salt, black pepper, and jaljeera also.

    Mix it well.

    Take bread slices if you want you can cut its corners. Spread green chutney on one side of the slice and butter on the second bread's one side.

    Keep a ready mixture of veggies on one bread and cover with the other.

    Heat pan and spread butter on it. Keep our ready sandwich on it. And fry it on both sides nicely. You can grill in a toaster also.

    Sprinkle sev on it and Serve this toast with ketchup with tea or coffee.
