2 bread slices
1/2 tspcustard powder
1 spoonsugar
1/2 cupmilk
2-3 tbspDesi ghee
as neededChocolate syrup (optional)

Mix custard powder and sugar in the milk.

Then heat flat pan n grease with ghee.keep one slice of bread over the pan.Sprinkle milk with the help of spoon over the slice.

When crisped from one side then flip the side and again pour milk with spoon and add little ghee.

Likewise repeat the same process with other slice.Sweet milk Toast are ready to serve

Also sprinkle any chocolate syrup while serving.
