Take papad and make pieces and keep them aside.

Now take Pan. Put oil for tempering. Now add mustard seeds and hing

Now add dry spices and water.

Now add water as per requirements of consistency and salt to taste.

Bring the boil and add pieces of papas. Cook till papad soft.

Your mouth-watering and tempting papad Sabji ready to serve. Garnish with coriander and serve with plain khichdi
