Make gravy in a blender with onion, tomato, ginger & garlic.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds & Kashmiri red chili powder.

Add gravy which we made in a blender, Cook it for 5 minutes

Add all powdered spices, cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mix well, cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.

When gravy releases oil & reduces in quantity add green peas, mix all masala with green peas.

Add hot water, how much you require a thickness of gravy. Add kasoori methi, cover lid cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove lid cook for another 2 minutes in open. Add some garam masala.

Serve with hot phulka, paratha, roti, chapati, or with dal rice.
