Fold the shiso leaves into the pork belly slices.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour water into the styrofoam meat try, and wet both sides of the folded pork pieces.

Coat generously with panko.

Pan fry both sides until golden brown.

Serve the panfried pork → grated daikon radish → radish sprouts neatly on plates, and serve.

Eat with ponzu sauce.
