Steps
- 1
Place all the ingredients into the bread machine and start the pasta dough cycle. When the machine has finished kneading, take out the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for about an hour.
- 2
Divide the dough in half, place the dough on a dusted surface, and roll it out with a rolling pin until 1 mm thick.
- 3
When making long pasta, cut the dough into desired widths. If the strands are thinly cut, boil for about 3 minutes.
- 4
These are ravioli. Fill them with your favorite filling and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5
Serve with your preferred sauce! This is tomato sauce with eggplant and bell peppers!
- 6
This is shimeji mushroom and edamame ravioli. It's flavored with garlic, soy sauce, and butter.
