Scrambled egg and cheese sandwiches are quick to make for breakfast that is rich in protein, cheesy, creamy and yummy sandwich recipe.

In a bowl break 3 eggs, add salt and pepper powder. Beat well with a fork.

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add chopped white part from spring onions. Fry for 30 sec and add beaten egg.

Let it cook for 30 sec and carefully push the cooked egg to one side letting the uncooked egg to spread in the pan. Repeat until eggs are almost cooked.

Scramble and cook until egg is cooked without overcooking. Mix in green part of spring onion and switch off the flame.

Transfer the scrambled eggs into a bowl and allow it to cool. Once cooled add mayonnaise and mix well.

Butter 2 bread slice on one side. Place cheese slice on other side and spread the scrambled egg mixture.

Cover with another slice with buttered side up. Prepare other sandwiches too.

Heat a tawa on low flame. Carefully place the sandwich and let them toast on low flame. Toast on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Prepare other sandwiches too.

Slice and serve cheesy scrambled egg sandwich warm.
