Makhana rewri and chikki

First roast the makhana and peanut now divide the makhana into two portions one for the rewri and another for the chikki now crush the chikki makahna and add peanut coconut sesame seeds cardamom powder and keep it side

For Jaggery syrup take a pan add water and Jaggery and cook for 10 -12 minutes after that check the syrup in the water if the syrup is broken well then the syrup is right consistency now add baking soda & mix well and divide the syrup into 1:4 ratio

For makhana rewri now take a one portion of Jaggery syrup add makhana & sesmee seeds and Mix well and romove on the parchment paper and separate them all and dry for 10-12 minutes

For makhan chikki take 3/4 portion of Jaggery syrup add crushed makhana,sesame seeds coconut cardamom powder and peanut and mix well and remove the mixture on the parchment paper and roll with the help of roller and cut in the pieces when the chikki is hot

Tip : Roast the make without oil & ghee
