Add allfurpose flour and wheat flour in a bowl add salt and ghee mix until it gets sticktogether when press tightly.
Add water make hard dough. - 2
Now make filling.
Add oil in a pan add rai and cumin.fry for 30 seconds
Add boiled potato salt red chilli turmericand cortiender srushed.
Mix well an cook for 1 minute - 3
Add green chilli and onion finely chopped.cook for 1 minute more.

Now let filling cool.

Divide dough in equal parts.make balls. - 5
Take a ball.Press in hand to flate.
Add filling.close the edges.to make aball again. - 6
Add in oil on medium flame.

Turn and fry until golden and crispy.

Aloo kachori is ready to serve.
