Ingredients

  1. 6 piecepapad
  2. 1medium size potato
  3. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  5. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1/8 tspsugar
  9. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  10. 1/2 tsppanchforan
  11. 2 cupwater
  12. 1 tspmustard oil
  13. Oil for frying papad

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First break the papad then peel and chopped the potatoes then heat mustard oil

  2. 2

    Add panchforan, then add chopped potatoes sauté for few minutes then add turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes, sauté for few minutes

  3. 3

    Then add water, in the meanwhile fry the papad

  4. 4

    Now when the potatoes us almost cooked then add fried papad mix it cover it and cook it for few more minutes then is ready to serve
