    Open a coconut and take meet out with a knife.

    Use blender to fine the oat flour.

    Add bananas, coconut meat to the oat flour and blend.

    Shape the cookie. Preheat oven at 180C.

    Put them on the baking sheet and place in an oven for 10-15 min.

So simple. Looks great. Thanks for sharing already saved i only have coconut powder made from pulp after msking coconut milk. Let try to recreate the recipe with that.
