Wash chop pepper, chop up onion, cherry tomatoes

Cook low heat

Smash peppers an onions into a salsa like consistency.

Cover very low heat.

Add the ground beef and chop up.

Add in a sprinkling of taco seasoning

Brown the meat, stir

Cover low heat for 2-5 min to let flavors infuse meat...watch so doesn't burn

Soft taoc wrap add meat to one side.

Add cheese and other toppings. If you don't want to roll it up just put everything in the middle and fold in half.

Fold and tuck in sides..I couldn't take a picture..lol then fols top over.

Flip over. You can put in a hot pan to get some color and tostier to give some crunch. I dont.
