Vegetables are full of vitamins,minerals,carbohydrates, proteins, full of macro & micro nutrients & minerals.Veggies of multi colour should be included in our daily diet. Let's see how to make this delicious recipe.
Steps

Take a kadai or cook pan, add oil or ghee 1 tbsp in it

First add mustard seeds, after they split, add cumin seeds, then add onions and fry them till golden brown.

Now add the tomatoes, ginger garlic chopped pieces,add turmeric powder & salt to taste.

Now add all the mix veggies after a boil. Add garam masala to it and saute well.

Once it sauteed, add mix herbs & add some water to make it gravy type or you can avoid adding water if you want it dry.

Now the mix veggies is ready to serve & eat hot with hot rotis & rice. Enjoy !!!
