1/2 cuponions chopped
1/2 cuptomato chopped
1/2 cupcucumber chopped optional
1/2 cup sev
1/2 cupdahi/ curd
3/4 cupsweet chutney
3/4 cup green chutney
3 tspCoriander leaves
10Fried puri
1 tspChat masala
1/2 tspChilli powder

Keep ready everything. Take a one plate arrange moong then add one by one.

Now add sweet chutney then green and dahi.

Crushed the puri on top and add sev and chat masala. Decorate with coriander and serve.
