Steps

Take a pan add ghee, chopped garlic and sauce for 1 minute and add chopped spinach fry it for another 1 minutes then add blanched sweet corn.

After stirring add salt, oregano and black pepper and mix well and keep aside

White Sauce
Take a non-stick pan on medium flame Add butter and maida and stir it for 1 minute then add milk. - 4
After stirring add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flake give a stir then add the mixture.

Take 4 sliced buttered bread put the mixture on then and grill it on a non-stick pan. Garnish with fried spinach leaves.
