Ingredients

  • 500 gmpaneer
  • 2onions
  • 2 tbsprefined oil
  • 2 tbspkaju, kishmish paste
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tbspMaggi hot and sweet sauce
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 2 tbspFresh cream
  • 1 tspkasuri methi leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgarom masala powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a paste of onions and dry fruits

    Heat a frying pan with oil, add a pinch of sugar and fry the masalas

    Add paneer, two cups of milk and boil on a slow flame
