Saute the tomatoes, garlic, red chilles with salt and little oil

Let it cool and grind in mixer with tamarind juice
- 3
Keep the kadai in the stove and pour little oil, then mustard, hing, urad dal and curry leaves. Pour the tempering into the chutney.

Now the chutney is ready to eat with hot idlis and dosas.
