Heat oil in a vessel. Add zeera and whole garam masala. Saute and add the chopped onions. Once the onions are translucent add the green peas and besan. Roast for a few minutes. Add kasuri methi and cook for a few minutes.

Add the dry masala and ginger garlic paste. Cook ti the raw smell of the masala goes away. Next add the tomatoes and cover and cook for a few minutes.

Once the masala is well cooked l, grind and add the cauliflower to it and mix well. Add 1/3 cup water mix and simmer with cover for 5 to 7 minutes. Add lemon juice, garam masala, green chillies and some cream. Cook for a few minutes.
