Anday ka halwa is a traditional sweet dish in Pakistan and is very popular in Biharis.

In a pot, add milk and eggs in it and beat it well. And add food colour in it and beat again.

Now put on stove and let it cook on medium flame while stirring with wooden spoon continuously.

Whenever boil comes in it slow down the flame but stir continuously.

After some time when milk reduces and eggs start to cook the mixture will start to mildly crumbled then add sugar but don't stop stirring.

When sugar's water start o dry after 10-15 minutes add ghee in it.

when halwa will be fully crumbled and light yellow in color it will start absorbing ghee.

Halwa will start to change color as it reabsorbs all the ghee. This is the final stage, wait for a nice almond brown color.

Now add dry fruits and dish out. Andy ka Halwa is ready.
