  1. 1medium size cauliflower
  2. 2 tbsppoppy seed paste
  3. 2 tbspmustard oil
  4. 1 tspNigella seeds
  5. 6green chillies
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1red chilli for garnihing

  1. 1

    Cut cauliflower into pieces wash it well in salty water. Now grind the poppy seed with green chillies.

    Heat the oil n add some Nigella seeds n green chillies to it. Now add cauliflower to the pan n saute it well.

    Now this stage add griended poppy seed paste n termaric powder n salt. Cover it for 5 mins.Now it is done.Add a red chilli on the top of the dish.
