Bajara Methi Vada
Steps

Take a bowl add curd and jaggery mix properly and keep aside

Take a bowl add bajra flour and wheat flour and all the rest of the ingredients and chilli ginger garlic paste

Add a little bit of the curd mixture if needed add little bit of water and make into a dough
- 4
Take small portions and make small circles and press down making into vada shape. At the same time take a pan and heat the oil.

Once heated slowly add the vadas and fry in medium low flame until golden brown
- 6
Enjoy your tea time snack.
