  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1-2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 6-8 ozparmesan cheese
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • 1 tbspbasil, optional

    Melt butter and cream cheese, till smooth

  2. 2

    Add next 4 ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened
