So healthy..Full of minerals...Proteins and vitamins.!❤️
Made by whey water...!!! When I make homemade fresh paneer... !!!And it's leftover water is used for soup. 👍 👍 or I use in many other dishes 💚💚💚 ( in linima style)😜😜😜

I made some time made paneer at home. And I used whey protein in so many recipes.
Whey is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained.
Or when you make paneer. - 2
Heat the pan and add oil or olive oil sauté onions green chili and garlic make them light brown. Now add baby corn sauté till done add salt pepper and add whey water.

Let them boil properly and add cornflour serve with coriander and bread croutons 👍
