Almond Banana Dates Smoothie

Soak almonds overnight or soak in hot water for 15 mins and remove the skin. Soak dates in hot water for 15 mins. Roughly chop the banana.

Transfer almonds, banana, and dates in a mixer with half a cup of milk and blend until smooth.

Once smooth add remaining milk, vanilla essence, and blend until combined.

Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
