Ingredients

  • 200 gramssewai (vermicelli)
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 1 cupcarrot
  • 1 cupcabbage
  • 1 cupcapsicum
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1medium potato
  • 2green chilli slit
  • 4-5dry curry leaves
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli
  • 1 teaspoonjeera (cumin)
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoonhaldi
  • 1/4coriander powder
  • 1/4sbzi masala
  • 1/4garam masala
  • 1 packetmaggi magic masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tbspghee
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the vermicelli in ½tbsp ghee and set aside.

    . In the same Kadai add mustard, cumin, coriander seeds, and dry curry leaves.

    Now add all the veggies together and give it a nice mix.

    Now add all the spices.

    Mix it well

    Now add the roasted vermicelli to the mixed veggies and mix it all together.

    Add 2 Cup Water and cover it till the sevaiyyan and veggies are not soft.

    And after cooking for 5 mins on low flame it is ready to serve.

    Serve hot/warm.
