Oh the smells that were coming from this recipe lovely if you were not hungry you would be with the smell of Gammon cooking. We had this with mashed potatoes and mix of sweet peas and corn. Yummy drain off juices as they can be too salty.

Slice the Gammon into 4 thick Slices

Add the cider vinegar and sugar to the slow cooker
- 3
Add the Slices of Gammon on top. Then add the sugar and turn the slices over.

Turn on high for 4 hours. After that time turn all the Gammon steaks over and stir the liquid. Add the lid and cook for a further 1 hour.

Take out the Gammon add to a serving plate and sift out some of the thick sauce and add on top.
