A quick cheela filled with a spicy filling of boiled potatoes and capsicum, tossed in schezwan sauce.

To prepare the cheela batter, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water to the mixture, and whip the mixture so that no lumps are formed.

To prepare the filling, heat oil in a pan. Add the jeera in the oil. Make sure the oil is hot enough for the jeera to crackle. Add the capsicum. Stir fry the mixture for about 2 minutes. Now, add the turmeric, red chili, salt, schezwan sauce and the potatoes.
Toss everything quickly, and the filling is done. - 3
Heat a cast iron tawa. Spread a ladle of cheela batter on the tawa just like you spread dosa batter. Cook it evenly. Stuff the cheela with the filling and fold it like you would fold an envelope.
It's now ready to be served.
