A homemade chicken sandwich always tastes fresher 😍This chicken sandwich is a fun and inexpensive way to fulfill your hunger.I just added boiled potato in my leftover chicken pieces and made a big sqaure finger licking patty for my sandwich😋 made a quick mayo salsa which made it just like a restuarant or cafe style sandwich.

1/4 cupleft over chicken shreded
1small potato boiled and mashed
salt to taste
1/8 tspred chilli powder
1small green chilli chopped
1 tspgreen coriander chopped
1 tsponion chopped
1 tbsbread crumbs
1/4 tspginger garlic paste
leavessalad
1 tspbutter
2bread slices bran/plain
For salsa
2-3 tbsmayo
1 tbstomato chopped
1 tbscucumber chopped
1 tbsonion chopped
1 tbscabbage chopped
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
oil for frying
bread crumbs for coating
1/2egg beaten

In a mixing bowl add shredded chicken mashed potato salt chilli green chilli coriander ginger garlic paste bread crumbs combine well with hands and make a sqaure patty

In another bowl add all salsa ingredients mix well and set aside

Heat oil in a pan dip prepared patty into beaten egg then coat into bread crumbs very well and fry it until crispy golden brown

Spread butter over bread slices and toast

Now place salad leaves on bread slice put chicken patty and mayo slasa evenly cover. then cover with other slice and cut into half.

Transfer in serving paltter with tomato sauce and remaining salsa😋😍 enjoy
