4 persons

2 Cupsall-purpose flour (maida)or wheat flour
1/2 cupcurd
2 cupsmixed veg like cabbage, onion, tomato, capcicum green chil
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack pepper
1 tsp.mustard seeds for tadka
1/4 tspsoda
As RequiredOil for shallow fry

Mix all the ingredients like veggies,maida,curd salt pepper and set aside 10 minutes

After that pour crackling mustard tadka in this batter and also add soda.

Make small pancakes it's too fast and delicious breakfast, we can also make this with wheat flour

It's ready to serve.
