Ingredients

30mins
2 person
  • 2/3 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupsuji
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspbutter/oil
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  • as per requirementghee/oil for cooking

Steps

30mins
  1. 1

    In a pan mix all the ingredients & keep the batter resting for 10mins.

  2. 2

    Do not make a too runny or too thick batter.

  3. 3

    Heat a tawa. put some ghee wipe off & then pour 1tbsp batter and drizzle some ghee on the sides.

  4. 4

    Cook from both sides. Enjoy with Nutella or chocolate syrup or maple syrup.
