Bajra flour Sukhdi
Steps
- 1
Sieve bajra flour and keep aside. Also, grate jaggery and keep aside.
- 2
Now Heat ghee in a pan. Once the ghee starts to melt, add bajra flour to it and roast flour on low flame till the flour turns aromatic. This process will take around 4-5 minutes. Keep stirring till the flour is roasted well.
- 3
Add jaggery to it and turn off the flame immediately. Mix well so that the jaggery melts completely.
- 4
Transfer the mixture to a plate and spread evenly using a spoon or spatula.
- 5
Make cuts using a knife while it's hot. After a minute take off the pieces and serve hot.
- 6
Note: Bajra tastes best when it's hot. You can also store this in an air-tight container.
