First take the bajri flour and salt and make a dough with use of water and knead it very well. Now Make a ball size round and flattened it on the the plams of your hands and make Roti.

Now make a round and bake it from the both sides, while being half cook, bake Direct on gas flame the next half.

Serve with lots of ghee on it. It taste so delicious and healthy with Gur and any curry. Rajasthani panchbhel curry and curd, Gur are the best option to serve with this.
