Sautéed Chicken Breast with Grainy Mustard Sauce

I like the fact that chicken breasts are high in protein and healthy, so I use it in many kinds of dishes.
It's good freshly made and hot or cold.
This dish looks quite luxurious so I originally intended as a dish to serve to guests, but I also make it a lot for everyday dinners, in bentos, and sandwiches.
There will be a lot of sauce, so try using it on salad or warm vegetables served with the chicken.

Make the marinade sauce. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves.

Cut each chicken breast diagonally into about 10 pieces. Lightly flatten each chicken piece with the side of your knife. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm a frying pan, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Coat the chicken pieces well with flour, and pan fry.

Pan fry until browned on both sides. Don't cook for too long or the chicken will become tough.

Cook until it's slightly golden browned.

Put the panfried chicken in a bowl and coat with the marinade.

Transfer to a serving dish, spoon on plenty of the marinade sauce and enjoy. It's delicious served with salad or warm vegetables.
