Ingredients

  • salad
  • 2 lbsmoked salmon see my recipe
  • 1 lbrotina pasta cook according per instructions on box
  • 1 cupwalnuts
  • 1/2 cupgreen olives stuffed
  • 1/2 cupsliced black olives
  • dressing
  • 4 cupfresh parsley big stems removed
  • 1/2 cuppine nuts
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1 lbtomitillos
  • 1/4 cupfresh basil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    flake the salmon into bowl add pasta

  2. 2

    stem the parsley and basil

    toast the pine nuts and walnuts

    peel the husk off tomitillos rinse the stickness off boil in pot

    after done add tomitillos into blender add parsley basil and all the ingredients to sauce in a blender blend till smooth

  6. 6

    mix salad stir in dressing
