Heat up whole grain slices, open and face up, one with Swiss cheese placed atop

Spread butter on a pan and leave on low heat until it liquefied while bread is heating elsewhere

Place yellow onion chunks in pan and shake in some chipotle powder. Stir with spoon in pan.

Once yellow onion has some color, place ham into pan. Add more chipotle powder. Also add some cayenne pepper powder. Continue to stir around and flip ham around periodically, occasionally pressing, to get the color in.

Sprinkle some sea salt after ham finished cooking in pan. Leave pan on low heat and take out wholegrain slice with the Swiss cheese on it. Place ham on this slice. Then squeeze lemon drops on it.

Take out other wholegrain slice and spread mayo on it

Join the two slices together and viola. Simple chipotle ham sandwich.
