Take both flours on a bowl. Mix salt and oil.

Add water little at a time to make a soft dougb. Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Make balls out of dough.

With the help of roll pin roll out the roti, thin /thick as you like.

Heat a skillet. Bake the rotis on both the sides.

With the help of a wired stand roast them on gas stove to get fully swollen soft rotis.

Serve hot rotis with curry, salad and sweets. Enjoy the healthy and delicious dinner with your family members.
