Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sieve the flour, milk powder, pinch of salt.
- 2
Add in fennel powder, desi ghee mix together and knead the dough with milk to make it soft. Add the milk slowly as required while kneading and not together. Cover and keep aside for 10 mins.
- 3
Meanwhile, mash the mawa with cardamom powder, Castor sugar, and nuts. Make three-round big balls like peda.
- 4
Flatten with a rolling pin, keep it a little thick. Place the stuffing inside and seal the ball properly from another end.
- 5
Heat the griddle, sim it and with the help of dry flour roll the rotis and cook on the griddle. For khasta flavor, it is important to cook on low flame. Apply ghee on both sides and cook till golden brown.
- 6
After few mins, these rotis will become khastha from outside and soft from inside.

Baked Banana Bread (ROTI GEDHANG) Baked Banana Bread (ROTI GEDHANG)
This bread I already knew before I got married, when I was still living with my parents. This recipe is easy to put together and the ingredients are also. I usually use a size 20 cm baking dish. But because yesterday I was looking for the pan I usual use and did not find it, I ended up cooking with a versatile wok... successful dough rise and not soggy. But because the wok is too wide, the cake is so wide in all directions. It's okay, the important thing is my husband like the taste... but for the lessons that need to be remembered, tomorrow if we want to create must also be adapted to the toaster his place. Below is the original recipe using my usual 20 cm pan size.Of the ingredients below, the results can be presented for 4-6 people... Dapoer-Indonesia @ us -

This is one of many popular cakes in Borneo Sarawak Malaysia. It is a moist steamed #cake, very rich and softly densed. This cake is steamed for 4 hours and lasts a month or more if wrapped in cling film in air tight container in the freezer. There are variations of this cake online and this one is the original recipe of Green Moss cake or more famously known as Kek Lumut. This cake sells at 120-140 back at home. Very expensive so people learn how to make it at home. #dessert #dessert #teatime #baking #food #cakes #cake #starch #sweet #kek #keklapis #heirloom #familyrecipe Pinkblanket's Kitchen
