Firstly in a mixing bowl take semolina, rice flour, salt, and maida.

Add water. Whisk and mix well. Making sure there are no lumps.

Further add onion, ginger garlic paste, and coriander leaves.

Rest for 20 minutes. Now pour the dosa batter on hot tawa. Lower the flame and cook until golden and crisp.

Now fold the dosa and serve Rava dosa with tomato or coriander chutney.
