  • 200 gmsprawns
  • 2-3 tbspchilli powder
  • 1-2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • As per tasteSalt
  • as requriedRice flour (for coating)
  • as requriedGinger-Garlic paste

  1. 1

    Clean and wash prawns, place them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic and chili paste, salt, lemon juice, and spices.

  3. 3

    Keep it aside for about 5-7 mins. Meanwhile, heat the pan for shallow fry.

  4. 4

    Coat each prawn with rice flour and shallow fry.
