Ingredients

  1. 190 gmedium hardness tofu (or 3 pieces), diced into 1-2 cm cubes
  2. 2 clovesgarlic, chopped
  3. 1 1/2 tbsLao Gan Mein chili oil
  4. 1 tbsKikkoman soy sauce
  5. 1/2 tbsmirin (can be substituted with sugar)
  6. 2 cmleek or scallion, chopped
  7. 3English sausages, chopped
  8. 160 gGnocchi
  9. 1 tbscooking oil
  10. 1/2 tbssesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil Gnocchi according to the instruction on the package then drain

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic, stir fry on medium heat for 1-2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add tofu, sausage and boiled gnocchi, add chili oil, soy sauce and mirin, then stir fry for about 3 mins

  4. 4

    Add chopped leek and sesame oil, stir fry for another 1 minute

  5. 5

    Enjoy the meal
